Description:

This is an excerpt from Journalist Amber Lyon`s speech at Harvard Law School on Feb. 27, 2013. The NDAA allows for the indefinite detention of U.S. citizens without trial until the end of hostilities and is perhaps the most egregious violation of the U.S. Constitution in history.
