How quaint. So just because someone (or some people) are dead makes what they did or created irrelevant? The constitution was written in "timeless" terms so as to apply to everyone at any time. One could say he is implying human rights is just a fad. Would religious people disregard the Bible just because everyone who had anything to do with it is dead?
