The management and employees of this company are confused as to why the government had to raid their business with 40 to 50 armed agents, instead of asking for the documents they wanted, or using their subpoena power to get everything. The answer is, this massive show of force is intended to demonstrate the governments overwhelming power, and their willingness to use it on anyone, anytime. Plus, they like to keep their "agents" sharp for the next water bottling company, or natural food manufacturer, or dog walking business that needs to be raided with loaded weapons drawn and pointed at innocent people's heads.
