Kentucky Sheriff to feds: "You are never going to pull guns out of Jackson County"

Sheriff Denny Peyman of Kentucky held a press conference in which he explained that a Sheriff's powers are predominant over the powers of federal and state.

He held back tears as he described how he would feel about restricting one of Americans most fundamental rights if one of the founding fathers was in the room, "I would be ashamed if one of them was in this room right now and having to listen to what we're having to talk about. I would be ashamed to have them sit here and listen to this. All the people that have given their lives for this right for us and we just give it away so flippantly becomes somebody says so."
