This is a clip from Capital Account w/Lauren Lyster's interview of CFTC Commissioner Bart Chilton on November 13th, 2012. In this segment, Lauren asks commissioner Chilton about the final days of MF Global, and the inconsistencies in statements made by Jon Corzine when viewed alongside the words and testimony of Terrence Duffy of the CME. We have now been told that the case has gone cold and we have not seen a civil case brought by the CFTC. Lauren asks Bart Chilton why we haven't seen a civil case. Bart Chilton hopes that something will happen soon, "sort of like silver," referring to the CFTC's long investigation of manipulation in the silver market.
